Sleeping Pills

Before I go into the sleeping pills, I am almost positive I had a post before this, about Ewan McGregor's new long range trip on motorbike. He, together with his bestfriend, previously had a 20k mile journey from England to New York eastward. It was one of the tv series that I most enjoyed. This time, however, they're going from the northernmost tip of Scotland to the southernmost tip of Africa.

Now, on to the pills. My sleeping patterns have been nothing but terrible lately. And it's something I feel I need some help. Ever since college, I've been basically a night owl and it's hard for me to sleep during the night. However, since my normal work is during the day, I feel sleepy throughout. On top of that, I had flu. So I'm also taking some flu medicine. It's nothing but a tough week.
